- Abstract
The chemical composition of tank and pond reared and wild young grey mullet, Mugil cephalus L., ranging in length from 15 to 75 mm was studied. Tank reared mullet had a higher percentage of protein, carbohydrate, total lipid and a lower moisture content than wild fish.
