Abstract

Negombo Lagoon is a productive fishing ground and also a sink for many anthropogenic effluents draining from its surrounding urban area. The seasonal abundance and istribution of zooplankton were investigated in relation to some physico-chemical parameters of the lagoon from March 2008 to September 2009.
