- Abstract
The biomass of the net-zooplankton collected from three Sri-Lankan harbours namely; Galle, Hambanthota, and Trincomalee were investigated from October to November, 2015. Net zooplankton wet weight, dry-weight and ash free dry-weight were examined in order to obtain biomass. Sampling was done towing the zooplankton plankton-net (mesh size of 100 μm) vertically from the known depth.
