Abstract: This study provides baseline information on physico-chemical parameters and the zooplankton community at the Polhena reef, from November 2010 to February 2011, the months of the second inter monsoon to north east monsoon. Water samples were collected from seven stations at 15 day intervals for measurement of physico-chemical parameters and identification and quantification of zooplanktons.
