Title: MB-00002: Benthic macrobenthos of the estuaries and lagoons in Sri Lanka
Abstract: Published research on diversity indices of benthic communities and use of macrobenthos as indicator organisms of environmental conditions are sparse in Sri Lanka. Therefore, the present study was carried out to list down the past studies on benthic organisms for future references and to identify the research needs related to brackish water macrobenthos in Sri Lanka.
